1. How Bonuses Work
1.1. These rules apply to every promotion on the site. Each individual offer also carries its own terms, and where the two differ, the terms of that offer take priority.
1.2. Bonus funds land on a separate balance. They move to the main balance, and become withdrawable, once the wagering attached to them is complete.
1.3. Real money is always spent first. Bonus funds only start being used once the withdrawable balance runs out.
1.4. Every offer has a window in which the wagering has to be finished. The length is stated with the offer, and anything left when it expires is removed along with whatever it produced.
1.5. A bonus can be turned down. Support will also zero a bonus balance on request if you would rather play without one.
2. Wagering and Game Contribution
2.1. Wagering is a multiplier. A ×35 requirement on a €100 bonus means €3,500 has to be staked before the funds convert.
2.2. Not every game moves the counter at the same speed.

2.3. Contribution rates can change. The list that applies sits inside the terms of each promotion, and support will confirm any individual title.
3. Maximum Bet While Wagering
3.1. While a bonus is running, single stakes are capped at €5. This is the rule broken most often, and breaking it voids the bonus along with anything won from it.
3.2. The cap lifts the moment the wagering is complete and the funds sit on the main balance.
4. No Deposit Bonuses and the Wheel
4.1. Wheel prizes, shop purchases and any other bonus that arrives without a payment carry a ceiling on how much can be converted into real money. The figure is shown with each prize before it is credited.
4.2. Coins are internal currency. They cannot be withdrawn, and they are exchanged in the shop for free spins or bonus funds, which then follow these terms.
5. Free Spins
5.1. Free spins run on the titles named in the offer and cannot be moved to another game.
5.2. Winnings from free spins arrive as bonus funds and carry their own wagering unless the offer says otherwise.
5.3. Spins expire if unused. The window is stated when they are credited.
6. Sports Bonuses and Free Bets
6.1. Sport offers wager on a lower multiplier than casino ones, and the exact figure is stated in the promotion.
6.2. Singles count from odds of 2.00. Accumulators need at least three selections at odds of 1.50 or better each.
6.3. Handicaps, totals, even or odd markets and virtual sports do not count toward wagering.
6.4. Only the first bet on an event counts. Duplicates placed on the same market are ignored.
6.5. Using cash out on a qualifying bet removes it from the wagering. A free bet settled through cash out is cancelled, and a free bet used only in part loses the remainder.
7. One Bonus at a Time
7.1. Only one bonus can be active on an account at any moment, and deposit offers do not stack on top of each other.
7.2. One offer per person, household, address, email, phone number, payment method, IP address and device.
7.3. Unused offers cannot be activated once a withdrawal has been requested.
8. What Counts as Abuse
8.1. The following void the bonus and the winnings from it, and may close the account.
- Holding an unplayed round, free spin or bonus feature until the wagering is finished and the funds have converted
- Leaving a large stake on the table and returning to it after the requirement clears
- Building up in-game value with bonus money, losing the balance, then collecting that value in real-money play
- Covering both sides of a market to clear wagering at low risk
- Depositing again while an unfinished bonus feature is still sitting in a game
- Exploiting a software fault or a pricing error
9. Cancelling a Bonus
9.1. A withdrawal can be requested before the wagering is done. The bonus and everything it produced are removed at that point, and the rest of the balance is released.
9.2. A bonus can also be cancelled outright at any time before the requirement is met.

10.1. These terms can be updated at any time, and the current version always sits on this page.
10.2. Where a bonus is obtained unfairly or against these rules, the winnings and the balance behind them may be withheld.
