1. Acceptance and Changes
1.1. Visiting the site, opening an account or placing a bet means you accept these Terms along with the Privacy Policy and the terms attached to any individual promotion.
1.2. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the site.
1.3. We may update these Terms at any time, and the current version always sits on this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

2. Your Account
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old, or older where the law that applies to you sets a higher age.
2.2. Checking whether online gambling is permitted where you live is your responsibility, not ours.
2.3. The details you register with must be your own, complete and current. Playing on behalf of somebody else is not allowed.
2.4. Your login belongs to you alone. Keep it private, switch on two-factor authentication from the security tab, and tell support immediately if you think somebody else has access.
2.5. An account cannot be sold, transferred or handed to another person.
2.6. Staff of the platform, its service providers and their close family cannot hold accounts or claim promotions.
3. Where We Accept Players
3.1. Registration is closed in a number of countries, and the list changes as licensing conditions do. The registration form and the cashier show what applies to your region once you start.
3.2. Accounts opened from a restricted country may be closed and the deposits returned.
4. One Account per Person
4.1. One account per person, household, device and IP address. If several people in one home want to play, tell support in advance.
4.2. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and bonuses or winnings built up inside them may be cancelled.
5. Deposits
5.1. Money can be added by card, e-wallet, voucher or cryptocurrency. The available list depends on the country the account is registered in and is shown in the cashier.
5.2. Payments must come from an instrument that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
5.3. Deposits in another currency are converted at the prevailing rate, with any exchange cost falling to you.
5.4. We may ask for identity documents at the deposit stage as well as at withdrawal.
5.5. We do not lend money or extend credit for play.
6. Withdrawals and Verification
6.1. Before the first payout you will be asked for an identity document, proof of address and proof that the payment method belongs to you. Checks usually clear within one to three days.
6.2. Payouts go back through the method used to deposit wherever that method supports it. Where it does not, the cashier offers an alternative.
6.3. Minimum and maximum amounts, daily and monthly ceilings and processing times depend on the method and on VIP level. Current figures are shown in the cashier before you confirm.
6.4. Funds still marked as bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering attached to them is complete.
6.5. A withdrawal that is cancelled returns to the balance and can be played again.
7. Bonuses and Wagering
7.1. Every promotion carries its own terms, and those sit alongside these ones rather than replacing them.
7.2. Casino bonus funds normally carry a ×35 playthrough. Sport offers run on a lower multiplier, and cashback carries none at all.
7.3. Slots contribute 100% toward wagering. Table games, live tables and card games contribute less or nothing, and the current split is listed with each promotion.
7.4. Bonus money lands on a separate balance and moves to the main one once the requirement is met.
7.5. Bonuses expire if the wagering is not finished in time. The window is shown in the terms of each offer.
7.6. You may withdraw before finishing the wagering, but the bonus and anything won from it is lost. Support can also zero a bonus balance on request.
7.7. Bonus abuse — including low-risk covering bets, coordinated play across accounts and holding back unlocked game features — voids the bonus and the winnings from it.
8. The Wheel, Coins and Lucky Boxes
8.1. The wheel opens once an account goes live and pays cash, free spins or coins. No deposit is needed to spin it.
8.2. Coins are internal currency. They cannot be withdrawn, but they buy free spins and bonus funds in the shop.
8.3. Lucky boxes open with real money or with coins, and the contents are drawn at random. Individual odds are not published.
8.4. Free spins and bonus funds from either feature come with their own expiry and their own wagering, shown at the moment they are credited.
8.5. Prize pools, prices and the availability of these features may change, and changes apply going forward rather than retroactively.
9. Sports Betting
9.1. Bets settle under the rules of the sport concerned and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
9.2. A bet may be voided where the odds were plainly wrong, where the event was moved or radically altered, or where a technical fault let the bet through.
9.3. Arbitrage and value betting are not permitted and lead to voided bets and a closed account.
9.4. Betting on an event you take part in yourself, in any capacity, is not allowed.
10. Fair Play
10.1. Game results come from a certified random number generator and are checked by an independent testing house.
